In the case you have no experience with Olympic lifts (Power Snatch, Power Clean), we recommend you to start with the Olympic Weightlifting – Beginner program.  All the other programs, except Hypertrophy program, include these two (Power Snatch, Power Clean) exercises and their variations.

Preparation period usually starts with the Hypertrophy program, which can also be combined with Olympic Weightlifting – Beginner program.

In case you already did hypertrophy for extended period of time (min 2-4 weeks), it is time to start with other programs (Strength Builder I or II, Plyometrics). These programs can be used in any order according to your needs.

Yes. For starters we recommend Hypertrophy and Olympic Weightlifting – Beginner program. Then continue with other programs. Load of the lifts must be adjusted to your abilities.

No. Minimum 3 weeks of each program has to be completed, and then you can move to the other program.

The same program can be repeated as many times as you want, but we recommend no more than two times. Response of the body is reducing each time you repeat the program. 

After completing Hypertrophy, Strength builder I or II or Plyometrics program, we recommend you to take active break for a week. In this time you can do 3-4 practices with low intensity (regeneration).
