Strength Muscle Growth Joint Protection

This 4-week long program for development of the full body strength represents the very base to all of the training programs that may follow.

It is used in the beginner phase of the macro cycle, where the emphasis is on development of the lean muscle mass, reduction of existing body fat and balanced development of body strength. Balanced strength also means better joint stability and more repetitions of exercises will positively influence protection and development of your tendons and sinews. It is a very intense training program that should quickly bring very visible results in your body shape and overall fitness preparation.

The program is designed to equally develop both upper and lower body. Each week there are 4 training days. Each training usually lasts around 90 minutes. You will need access to your local gym for execution of this training regime.

This program can be combined with Olympic Weightlifting - Beginner program or it can be used as an individual training program.
