This type of in-depth analysis enables us to focus on and analyse your each individual movement and give your tailored advice of what to improve and how to improve it.

 

So how does this work?

After purchasing a monthly subscription to our Remote Video Review you will be able to upload videos of your exercises or certain elements you would like to check (please note we will analyse Olympic weightlifting routines as well as other athletic disciplines). After sending us your video, we will break down every movement step by step, analyse it and send you our feedback and any improvement advice within 48 hours via email. If needed you will also receive some additional videos from our coaches. You will get a chance to send us any further questions you might have after reading over review.
